The “EXPERT” Off-Road weighbridge is designed to support exceptionally heavy concentrated axle loads of articulated trucks used in off-road applications, where the loads can be in the range of 100t to 800t.
The weighbridge deck is made up of four (2/4) sections.
Axle loads could be between 140 and 150 tonnes.
One bridge is made up of two separate scales, each having four bridge modules and three load cells. Deck Height: 500/600/650 mm from the top of the deck to the base plate of the load cell. The deck plate must be constructed from a smooth plate that is 12/14/16 mm in thickness. All cables pass via conduit on their way to the load cell/junction boxes. Each deck is connected to the next by “EXPERT” – Load Cell Side rails that will be buried in the ground next to the bridge.
The weighbridge platform features modular construction that makes moving, assembling, and installing it straightforward. Installation and removal are additional choices.
