The “EXPERT” Off-Road weighbridge is built to bear extremely high concentrated axle loads of articulated vehicles used in off-road applications, where the loads can range from 100t to 800t.
Four (2/4) modules make up the weighbridge deck.
Axle loads might be as much as 140 to 150 tonnes.
Two distinct scales, each with four bridge modules and three load cells, make up one bridge. Deck Height: 500/600/650 mm measured from the load cell base plate to the deck’s top. A smooth plate measuring 12/14/16 mm must be used to make the deck plate. To the load cell/junction boxes, all cables pass through the conduit. By “EXPERT” – Load Cell Side rails that will be buried in the ground adjacent to the bridge, each deck is connected to the next.
The weighbridge platform has a modular design that makes it simple to move, put together, and install. Additionally, installation and removal are options.
The design’s adaptability enables customization and can be tailored to meet your unique demands. In a typical scenario, the length and breadth of the off-road vehicle are analyzed, and the axle loading is accessed. One then decides what design would be optimal for the application based on this knowledge.
