The “EXPERT” Off-Road weighbridge is made to withstand very heavy concentrated axle loads of articulated trucks used in off-road applications, where the loads can be between 100t and 800t.

Four (2/4) modules make up the weighbridge deck.

Axle loads might be as much as 140 to 150 tonnes.

Two independent scales, each with four bridge modules and three load cells, are combined to form one bridge. Deck Measured from the top of the deck to the load cell base plate, the height is 500/600/650 mm. A smooth plate that is 12/14/16 mm thick must be used to make the deck plate. The conduit is used to transport all cables to the load cell/junction boxes. The “EXPERT” – Load Cell Side rails, which will be buried in the ground near the bridge, connect each deck to the one before it.

The modular design of the weighbridge platform makes moving, constructing, and installing it simple. Additional options include installation and uninstallation.

Due to the design’s adaptability, it is feasible to modify it to meet your specific requirements. The length and breadth of the off-road vehicle are normally measured, and the axle loading is accessible. The design that would work best for the application is then chosen using this information.
